    Good quality ingredients. Just don’t ask for extra cheese. You won’t get it. You’ll pay for it, but you won’t get it. Then the manager will say, “Oh Well”. Go to best NY instead. It tastes the same, it’s cheaper, and they actually give you what you want.

    This pizza is the taste that your mind reminds you of when you start craving pizza. Handmade dough, pizza from scratch, family owned. I can't tell if they care more about their product or their customer because both the service and the food is top notch. You can carry out or dine in here. They offer more than pizza but I haven't had opportunity to work my way that far through the menu yet. Highly recommend this place for a stop if you don't just want pizza, but specifically want *good* pizza! Also, for those that use crust as determining factor to eat at a shop or not - this crust is awesome!

    Besides having the best pizza in town, I've loved everything I've ever ordered from here. They make huge and oh so yummy calzones. It's my daughter's favorite place to get a salad. Their chicken wings are crisp and delicious. I've been coming here for so long, the sons are running it now, and everyone there is so nice and friendly. They always make me smile when I go in. I wish they delivered though. But that doesn't stop me from getting anything Italian from there.

    Alfonso’s is the best pizza i’ve had since moving back to Tampa from New York, hands down. Family atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. My dad used to take my brother and I there every Tuesday over 30 years ago so I have some very fond memories of this pizzeria. I’m very happy to see that they’re still making high quality pizza at a fair price. Thanks guys. I’ll be seeing you soon

    The pizza was good not great. When it first opened the pizza was great, just like what New York pizza was back in the day. Even the place had an olive oil aroma. The regular pizza was good the Sicilian not so much. The guy who runs the place provided good service.
